- Delivery service may not include bringing the item upstairs. If you require upstairs delivery, please confirm with the carrier in advance, as additional fees may apply.
- Large items may require scheduled delivery. The carrier may contact you in advance to arrange a delivery appointment, so please pay attention to incoming calls.
- Please inspect the package upon delivery. If there is any visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment, and contact us immediately.
- Once the order has been shipped, changes to the address or delivery instructions may not be possible or may incur additional fees.
