For oversized or fragile items, we use professional freight and scheduled delivery services to provide extra protection.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Shipping Time: 1–18 business days (depending on location and shipment type)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to location, product size, weather conditions, and carrier schedules.


💰 Shipping Fees & Taxes

  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders within the United States
  • Duties & Taxes: We cover all applicable duties and taxes

All orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning customers will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.


📅 Can I schedule delivery?

Yes — for large or freight shipments:

  • You will receive a call or email to schedule a delivery window

  • An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign

Small parcel shipments do not require appointments.
